摘要
随着国家主管部门明确放开勘察设计收费标准,实行市场调节价,需要建立起一套勘察设计费总额控制配套考核激励管理机制,激发中标设计单位限额设计、优化设计积极性。论文主要对限额设计的相关内容进行研究,以供参考。
With the national competent departments clearly releasing the survey and design fee standard and implementing the market regulation price,it is necessary to establish a set of assessment and incentive management mechanism for the total survey and design fee control,so as to stimulate the enthusiasm for the quota design and optimization design of the bid-winning design units.This paper mainly studies the content of quota design for reference.
