高黏度改性沥青储存稳定性试验研究 被引量:16

Tests and Studies on Storage Stability of High Viscosity Modified Asphalt

摘要 使用3种高黏改性剂及SK90号基质沥青在合理剪切工艺下,制备了3种高黏度改性沥青。并采用不同试验方法对在不同储存时间条件下的高黏度改性沥青稳定性进行评价,最后基于红外光谱对高黏度改性沥青高温存储下的离析过程进行了分析。研究表明:自主研制的高黏度改性沥青A存储稳定性明显好于自主研制的高黏度改性沥青B和TPS高黏度改性沥青;3种高黏度改性沥青的储存稳定性随着储存时间的增长而逐渐衰减,且DSR温度扫描试验对高黏度改性沥青储存稳定性评价更加精确合理;红外光谱表明高黏度改性沥青的离析过程伴随着改性剂的聚集及顶部底部沥青试样改性剂含量的变化。 Three high viscosity modified asphalts are prepared using three high viscosity modifiers and SK90#matrix asphalt under reasonable shearing process.The stability of high viscosity modified asphalt under different storage time conditions is evaluated by different test methods.The separation process of high viscosity modified asphalt under high temperature storage is analyzed based on infrared spectrum.The studies show that the storage stability of self-developed high viscosity modified asphalt A is obviously better than that of self-developed high viscosity modified asphalt B and TPS high viscosity modified asphalt;the storage stability of high viscosity modified asphalt gradually decreases with the increase of storage time.The DSR temperature scanning test is more accurate and reasonable for the evaluation of storage stability of high-viscosity modified asphalt.Infrared spectroscopy indicates that the separation process of high viscosity modified asphalt is accompanied by the aggregation of modifier and the change of the content of asphalt sample modifier at the top of the bottom.
