摘要
近年来,我国人口老龄化问题愈演愈烈,养老金领取人数持续增加,由国家发起设立的基本养老金收不抵支的压力与日俱增,且这种形势未来可能会进一步加剧。我国养老金替代率自2000年以来逐年下降,目前仅46%的水平,远低于70%的合理值下限,全社会养老问题日趋严峻,养老资产保值增值的需求日益强烈。本文主要研究总结全球养老金资产管理的最新趋势和成功经验,以期为我国养老金提升运营管理水平、缓解养老压力提供参考与镜鉴。
In recent years, problems stemming from China's aging population have become more acute. The number of pensioners has continued to rise, while contributions to state pension plans have failed to increase at a similar pace. This has pressured the pension system, and stresses will intensify in the future. The replacement rate of pensions in China has been declining steadily since 2000. At present, pension payments are only 46% of pre-retirement earnings - far below the generally recommended level of 70%. The need to increase the value of pension assets is growing. This paper assesses recent trends and the successful experience of global pension asset management. It aims to provide a reference for improving pension asset management in China.
