Determination of aromatic ingredients of Apocynum venetum tea by headspace solid phase microextraction-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry

摘要 目的建立一种利用顶空固相微萃取-气相色谱-质谱法快速测定罗布麻茶香气成分的方法。方法采用顶空固相微萃取-气相色谱-质谱联用技术,对新疆罗布麻茶在100℃沸水浸泡后对其香气成分进行测定分析,并采用面积归一化法计算各成分的相对含量。结果共鉴定出52种化学成分,主要有醛类(48.88%)、酮类(30.88%)、烯烃类(6.27%)、酯类(4.42%)、醇类(3.86%)、呋喃类(2.84%)、烷烃类(2.49%)、杂环类(0.36%)等。结论顶空固相微萃取与气相色谱-质谱联用技术具有样品用量少、前处理过程简单等优点,适用于测定罗布麻茶香气成分。 Objective To establish a method for rapid determination of volatile aroma components in Apocynum venetum tea by headspace solid phase microextraction-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(HS-SPME-GC-MS).Methods The volatile aroma components of Xinjiang Apocynum venetum tea were analyzed after soaking in boiling water at 100 ℃ by means of headspace solid phase microextraction-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, and the relative content of each component was calculated by area normalization method.Results A total of 52 chemical components were identified, including aldehydes(48.88%), ketones(30.88%), olefins(6.27%), esters(4.42%),alcohols(3.86%), furans(2.84%), alkanes(2.49%), heterocyclic(0.36%) and so on.Conclusion Headspace solid phase microextraction and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry have the advantages of less sample consumption and simple pretreatment process, which is suitable for the determination of volatile aroma components in Apocynum venetum tea.
