摘要
主要结合北京通州在建北关大桥工程实例,针对FRP曲面夹芯板与主桥钢结构连接件的预埋系统进行性能验证和优化设计展开研究。依据设计单位提供的埋件系统初始设计方案和受力参数,通过自行设计的埋件系统拉压试验装置,收集了埋件系统及FRP夹芯板在不同荷载作用下的变形及内部纤维破坏情况,给出了埋件系统的铺层优化方案。
Combined with the engineering case of Beiguan Bridge under construction in Tongzhou of Beijing,this paper studies the performance verification and optimization design of the built-in system for FRP curved laminboard and the steel structural connector of the main bridge.Based on the initial design scheme and stress parameters of the built-in system provided by a design unit and through the self-designed tension and compression testing apparatus of built-in system,this paper collects the conditions of deformation and interior fiber destruction of the built-in system and FRP laminboard under the different loading actions,and gives the layer optimization scheme of built-in system.
