摘要
目的:观察放射工作人员外周血淋巴细胞染色体畸变和微核细胞发生情况。方法:选取从事放射性工作的工作人员118名作为研究组,另选取不接触放射线的健康者74名作为对照组,观察两组外周血淋巴细胞染色体畸变和微核细胞发生情况。结果:研究组染色体畸变细胞率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组微核阳性率、微核细胞率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:放射工作人员,长期接触电离辐射,容易造成外周血淋巴细胞染色体畸变,升高微核率。
Objective:To observe chromosome aberration and micronucleus cell occurrence in peripheral blood lymphocytes of radiation workers.Methods:118 workers who were involved in radiation work were selected as the study group,and 74 healthy persons who were not exposed to radiation were selected as the control group.We observed chromosomal aberrations and micronuclear cells in peripheral blood lymphocytes.Results:The rate of chromosome aberration cells in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The micronucleus positive rate and micronucleus fineness rate of the research group were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Radiation workers exposed to ionizing radiation for a long time can easily cause chromosomal aberration of peripheral blood lymphocyte and increase micronucleus rate.
