摘要
文章对影响红外碳硫分析仪结果的因素进行了分析,通过对影响准确性和稳定性的因素的分析提出相应的解决方案,在装置和算法上进行改进,文章展示了改进后的测量结果,数据结果表明测量结果的稳定性基本得到了解决,目前还需要对准确性做进一步的提升。
This paper analyses the factors affecting the results of infrared carbon and sulphur analyzer,puts forward corresponding solutions through the analysis of the factors affecting accuracy and stability,and shows the improved measurement results through the improvement of device and algorithm.The data results show that the stability of the measurement results has been basically solved,and the accuracy needs to be further improved.
