摘要 采用Top-Down自上而下的参数化设计方法,对矿用磨机减速器进行参数化设计.首先对减速器进行层级结构划分,然后根据零部件特点分别在Inventor中建立三维参数化设计模型并建立参数关联,实现减速器的参数化设计。参数化设计过程集成了参数计算、设计规则、选型方法和参数化建模等,只需输入基本参数,即可完成产品的修改设计。 The Top-Down parameterized design method was applied to conduct the parameterized design of the reducer of the mine-used mill. First, the structural hierarchy of the reducer was determined, and according to the features of various parts, a 3D parameterized design model and the parametric correlation were established in Inventor, so as to realize the parameterized design of the reducer. The parameterized design process integrated the parametric calculation, design rules, model selection method and parameterized modeling etc, the modification and design of the reducer were completed only needing the input of basic parameters.
