摘要
研究国产通用型及官能化溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)在高性能轮胎胎面胶中的应用,并与乳聚丁苯橡胶(ESBR)和进口SSBR进行对比。结果表明:与ESBR胶料相比,通用型SSBR胶料的定伸应力和拉伸强度较低,但抗湿滑性能明显提高,滚动阻力降低;与通用型SSBR和进口SSBR胶料相比,官能化SSBR胶料的物理性能变化不大,加工性能有所提高,抗湿滑性能改善,滚动阻力明显降低。
The application of domestic general grade and functionalized solution-polymerized styrenebutadiene rubber(SSBR) in the tread compound of high performance tire was studied,and compared with emulsion-polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber(ESBR) and imported SSBR.The results showed that,compared with ESBR compound,the modulus and tensile strength of the general SSBR compound were lower,but the wet-skid resistance was obviously improved and rolling resistance decreased.Compared with general SSBR and imported SSBR compound,the physical properties of functionalized SSBR compound changed little,the processability and the wet-skid resistance were improved,and the rolling resistance decreased significantly.
