摘要
项目管理质量直接关系到整个建筑工程的施工质量和进度,良好的项目管理不仅是对建筑工程的施工质量的严格把控,同时合理控制建筑施工进度,保证了工程施工的安全性、可靠性。因此相关建筑企业需加强对土木建筑工程施工项目管理,采取科学、合理的手段促使土木建筑工程的正常进行。分析了土木建筑工程项目管理的重要性及现状,并针对其中存在的问题提出了相应的解决对策,以供参考。
The quality of project management is directly related to the construction quality and progress of the entire construction project. Good project management is not only strict control of the construction quality of the construction project, but also reasonable control of the construction progress, ensuring the safety and reliability of the construction. Therefore, relevant construction enterprises need to strengthen the management of civil engineering construction projects, and adopt scientific and reasonable means to promote the normal progress of civil engineering construction. This paper briefly analyzes the importance and current situation of civil engineering project management, and proposes corresponding solutions to the existing problems for reference.
