超高层消防设计分析研究

摘要 我国超高层建筑的数量在日益增多,由于超高层高度高、竖向疏散距离长,发生火灾的危险性就高,扑救难度也相应加大。以威海华发九龙湾中心CBD项目为例,以建筑高度大于250m超高层建筑为研究对象,分别以防火、疏散救援及加强措施等消防设计问题,从建筑专业角度进行分析和探讨。 The number of super high-rise buildings in China is increasing. Due to the high height of the super high-rise and the long distance of vertical evacuation, the risk of fire is high and the difficulty of fighting is increased accordingly. Taking the CBD project ofWeihai Huafa Kowloon Bay Center as an example, the super high-rise buildings with a building height of more than 250 m were taken as research objects. The fire protection design problems such as fire prevention, evacuation rescue and reinforcement measures were analyzed and discussed from the perspective of architectural professional.
