摘要
作为车辆的重要组成部分,汽车防抱死系统在提高整车安全可靠性上具有重要作用,并且该系统检测有一定规律可循。对汽车制动ABS防抱死系统故障检测进行了研究,当汽车紧急刹车时,制动防抱死系统可使汽车方向失控问题得以有效避免。通过对摩擦力的控制,可以保持车轮以平稳的速度运行,防止爆胎现象的出现,从而达到保护汽车性能及延长汽车使用寿命的目的。在检测过程中需熟悉车辆ABS系统的结构和原理,据此先完成诊断故障步骤的确定,并以规范化的流程为依据完成系统故障检测过程,根据指示灯变化情况及故障代码完成故障部位及原因的判断,为解决措施的制定及故障的快速解决提供支撑,提高汽车的安全性。
As an important part of the vehicle, the anti-lock braking system plays an important role in improving the safety and reliability of the whole vehicle. There are certain rules to follow in testing the system. This paper mainly focuses on the anti-lock braking system of the car brake. Fault detection has been studied. When the car is in emergency braking, the anti-lock braking system can effectively avoid the problem of out-of-control of the car. By controlling the frictional force, the wheel can be kept running at a steady speed to prevent the phenomenon of puncture. The system can achieve the purpose of protecting the performance of the car and prolonging the service life of the car. In the process of testing, it is necessary to be familiar with the structure and principle of the vehicle ABS system. Based on this, the diagnosis step is determined first, and the system fault detection is completed based on the standardized process. The process, according to the change of the indicator light and the fault code, the fault location and the reason can be determined for further judgment, it provides support for the rapid resolution of the fault, and improves the safety of the car.
