摘要
采用不同碱浓度和模数的水玻璃制备碱矿渣胶凝材料,通过X射线衍射仪(XRD)和热重-差示扫描量热分析仪(TG-DSC)分析该胶凝材料的水化产物,通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)及能谱仪(EDS)对水化产物的形貌及化学组成进行观测分析。结果表明:碱矿渣胶凝材料主要水化产物为低nCa/nSi比的C-S-H凝胶与C-A-S-H凝胶。相较于硅酸盐水泥,碱矿渣胶凝材料微观结构更为密实,但存在细小的微裂纹;碱矿渣胶凝材料C-S-H凝胶的nCa/nSi比和nCa/nSi^+Al比相对较低,分别在0.39~1.57和0.32~1.16范围内。
In this paper, alkali activated slag was prepared by using waterglass with different alkali concentration and moduli. Hydration products of such cementitious material were detected by using X-ray diffractometry (XRD) and thermogravimetry-differential scanning calorimetry (TG-DSC). Morphology and chemical elements of the hydration products were observed and analyzed by using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS), respectively. The results show that the main hydration products of alkali activated slag were C-S-H gels with low nCa/nSi and C-A-S-H gels. Compared to Portland cement, alkali activated slag had a denser microstructure, but with fine microcracks;the C-S-H gels formed had lower nCa/nSi and nCa/n(Si+Al), which were in the ranges of 0.39-1.57 and 0.32-1.16, respectively.
