摘要
亚甲蓝分光光度法测定水中阴离子表面活性剂需使用氯仿进行萃取,氯仿属于毒性物质,对人体有害,且易于挥发,传统手动方法容易在通风橱中操作产生实验误差。阴离子表面活性剂自动分析仪能在密闭的操作室中全自动完成萃取、洗涤和比色等操作,理论上能克服传统手动方法中的一些缺点。
The determination of anionic surfactants in water by methylene blue spectrophotometry needs to be extracted by chloroform,chloroform is a toxic substance,harmful to human body,and easy to evaporate,the traditional manual method is easy to operate in the ventilation cabinet to produce experimental errors.Anionic Surfactant Automatic Analyzer can fully complete the extraction,washing and colorimetric operation in the closed operating room,which can theoretically overcome some shortcomings in the traditional manual method.
