摘要
茶叶中的多种生物活性成分对人类各种疾病有预防作用。黑茶属于茶叶中的一种,有着茶叶所共有的生化特征,而黑茶在原料选取、加工工艺等方面有别于其它茶,所以它的生化成分的组成和比例具有与众不同的特点和优势。随着全球癌症发病率的不断攀升,黑茶抗癌作用的研究成为一个重要的课题。本文从黑茶中茶多糖、茶多酚、茶红素和茶黄素对抑制癌细胞增值和促进癌细胞凋亡方面的研究进行了综述。
A variety of biologically active ingredients in tea have a preventive effect on various human diseases.Dark tea belongs to one kind of tea and has all the biochemical characteristics of other teas.Because dark tea is different from other teas in terms of raw material selection and processing technology,its composition and proportion of biochemical components have certain special characteristics.With the increasing incidence of cancer in the world,the research on the anticancer effect of dark tea has become an important issue.In this paper,the effects of tea polysaccharides,tea polyphenols,theophane and theaflavin on inhibiting the proliferation of cancer cells and promoting apoptosis of cancer cells in dark tea were reviewed.
