心室辅助装置瞬时高功率能量电磁骚扰评价方法和平台研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的为了便于开展心室辅助装置抗扰性能评价,本文提出研制高功率瞬时能量(磁场、电场)骚扰抗扰测试平台。方法对于高频磁场,采用高功率变压设计与高频线圈制造技术,设计与制作谐振电路,结合信号源与高速双极性电源,搭建电磁骚扰抗扰性测试平台。高频磁场产生的干扰频率可覆盖高频电刀的典型工作频率范围,同时降低了对高速双极性电源输出功率指标的要求。对于高频电场,采用耦合线圈用于实现高频升压。结果实测数据显示,在100~1000kHz范围内,测试平台可产生最高2598A/m的高频磁场,可产生最高402.9倍的升压增益,可以实现高达5000V的高频电压,可有效评估被测产品的高频电场抗扰性能。结论该测试平台可对心室辅助装置分别开展高频磁场、高频电场、高频传导电流干扰的抗扰性测试,有利于科学有效地评价心室辅助装置的高频高功率骚扰抗扰性能,有助于形成合理的心室辅助装置电磁兼容质量评价规范。 Objective In order to evaluate the anti-disturbance performance of ventricular assist devices,we propose a high-power instantaneous energy(magnetic field,electric field)anti-disturbance test platform.Methods For high frequency magnetic field,high power variable voltage design and high frequency coil manufacturing technology were used to design and fabricate resonant circuit.Combining signal source and high-speed bipolar power supply,a test platform for electromagnetic disturbance immunity was built.The interference frequency generated by high frequency magnetic field could cover the typical working frequency range of high frequency electric knife,and reduced the requirement of output power index of high-speed bipolar power supply.For high frequency electric field,coupling coil was used to realize high frequency boost.Results The measured data showed that the test platform could generate a high frequency magnetic field up to 2598 A/m in the range of 100 kHz to 1000 kHz.It could generate a boost gain of up to 402.9 times and achieve a high-frequency voltage of up to 5000 V.It could effectively evaluate the anti-disturbance performance of the tested products to the high-frequency electric field.Conclusion The testing platform can be used to test the anti-interference of high frequency magnetic field,high frequency electric field and high frequency conduction current,respectively,which is helpful to evaluate the anti-interference performance of ventricular assist device to the high frequency and high power disturbance scientifically and effectively,and to form a reasonable criterion for evaluating the electromagnetic compatibility quality of ventricular assist devices.
