摘要
通过引入B2O3以降低烧成温度,利用赤泥中的Fe2O3为着色剂,在1150℃左右低温烧成制备了CaO-MgO-Al2O3-Fe2O3-B2O3-SiO2系微晶釉。赤泥的加入量为20%左右时,釉面具有良好的装饰效果和显微硬度。利用XRD、SEM研究了釉的物相及显微组织。结果表明,釉中析出的微晶是普通辉石,微晶的含量随MgO及CaO的含量增加而增加,而提高Al203含量则抑制微晶的析出。
The CaO-MgO-Al2O3-Fe2O3-B2O3-SiO2 system microcrystalline glazes were prepared at 1150℃by using B2O3 as fluxing agent and Fe2O3 in red mud as the color agent.When the content of red mud is about 20%,the prepared glaze surface has good decorative effect and microhardness.The microstructure of glaze layer was investigated by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy.From the results,it was shown that the main phase of the microcrystalline glaze was augite.The content of crystalline phase increased with the increasing of MgO and CaO contents.However,with the increasing of Al2O3 content,the content of crystalline phase decreased.
