摘要
阿维菌素油膏的处理近年来成为行业内颇具争论和有待出现突破性研究的问题。分析了阿维菌素油膏的成分和性质,在此基础上利用化学方法初步提出并设计了阿维菌素油膏的溶解-吸附处理法,用实验进行了工艺路线的探索和条件的优化。给出了溶剂、吸附剂和晶种的优选对象,分析并展望了该工艺路线对于实现油膏分离提纯综合利用的可行性。
The treatment of avermectin ointment has become a debate in the industry and a breakthrough study.In this paper,the composition and properties of avermectin ointment were analyzed.Based on this,the dissolution-adsorption treatment method of avermectin ointment was preliminarily proposed and designed by chemical method.The process route of this method was explored by experiment.Optimization of conditions.The preferred objects of solvent,adsorbent and seed crystal are given,and the feasibility of the process route for the comprehensive utilization of grease separation and purification is analyzed and prospected.
