摘要
随着我国基础设施建设的不断加大,钣金制品在社会生活中的应用已经相当广泛,有着很大的需求量。但是如何在这种巨大的需求量中高效、节省、高品质地制作出需求产品,这是钣金工一直在研究的问题。钣金零件大小、形状各异,关键在于不同的下料工艺。从钣金工下料入手,探讨钣金工艺中节约材料的相关途径,达到降低生产成本和提高生产效率的目的。
With the continuous increase of infrastructure construction in China,the application of sheet metal products in social life has been quite extensive and has a great demand.However,how to produce demand products efficiently,economically and with high quality in such a huge demand is a problem that the metalworking industry has been studying.Sheet metal parts vary in size and shape,and the key lies in different cutting processes.Starting from the cutting of metalworking materials,we will explore ways to save materials in the sheet metal process,and achieve the goal of reducing production costs and improving production efficiency.
