煤矿岩巷爆破掘进周边质量控制技术研究 被引量:10

摘要 超欠挖现象是岩巷快速掘进过程中普遍存在的问题,为了解决该问题需要设计合理的周边成型控制技术。对于寺家庄矿南一盘区北回风巷出现的周边超欠挖现象,运用LS-DYNA模拟了切缝药包作用机理,并进行了现场切缝药包对比试验,巷道中心左边周边眼装填切缝药包,右边周边眼装填普通药包。试验结果表明左侧爆破效果明显优于右侧,光面成型良好、光滑平整,超挖在50mm之内,半眼痕明显,右边爆破后巷道轮廓参差不齐,围岩破碎不平,出现超欠挖,平均200mm,残留半眼痕少。研究结果表明:切缝药包能够保障巷道成型质量,降低循环成本,减少辅助作业时间,为企业带来可观的经济效益,适合在岩巷掘进中广泛使用。 The phenomenon of over-under-excavation is a common problem in the rapid excavation process of rock roadway.For the surrounding over-excavation phenomenon in the north return wind lane of the Nanyi district of Sijiazhuang mine,LS-DYNA is used to simulate the mechanism of the slitting drug pack,and the on-site slitting drug package comparison test is carried out.The cutting seam cartridges are filled with the left eyes and the right eyes are filled with a common medicine pack.The experiment results show that the left side blasting effect is obviously better than the right side,the smooth surface is well formed,smooth and flat,the over-digging is excavated within 50 mm,the half-eye mark is obvious,the contour of the roadway after the right side explosion is uneven,the over-under-excavation appears,with an average of 200 mm,and less residual half eye marks.The research results indicate that the slitting package can guarantee the quality of roadway forming,reduce the cycle cost and bring considerable economic benefits to the enterprise.It is suitable for wide use in rock tunneling.
