胶质瘤的正电子发射断层扫描代谢显像研究进展

摘要 胶质瘤是神经外胚层衍化而来并由胶质细胞或前体细胞发生的肿瘤,是第2常见的原发性脑肿瘤,分为4个等级,Ⅰ级和Ⅱ级被认为是低级别肿瘤,Ⅲ级和Ⅳ级肿瘤被认为是高级别肿瘤。功能分子成像正电子发射断层扫描(PET)使用各种示踪剂来观察生物过程,不仅可以提供肿瘤的代谢与分子信息,成为胶质瘤的诊断、分级、复发监测、制定治疗方案及评估治疗效果的重要显像方法,其中代谢显像剂主要包括葡萄糖代谢显像剂、氨基酸代谢显像剂、核酸代谢显像剂、胆碱代谢显像剂以及乏氧显像剂等。本文就近几年关于胶质瘤的PET代谢显像研究进展进行综述。 Glioma is derived from neuroectoderm and produced by glial cells or precursor cells. It is one of the most common primary brain tumors. There are 4 grades of glioma in clinical classification: grade Ⅰ and Ⅱare low grades while grade Ⅲ and Ⅳ are considered to be high grades. Functional molecular imaging positron emission tomography( PET) uses a variety of tracers to observe the biological process,providing not only metabolic and molecular information but also the diagnosis,grading,recurrence monitoring and therapeutic assessment of tumor. Metabolic imaging agents mainly include glucose metabolism imaging agent,amino acid metabolism imaging agent,nucleic acid metabolism imaging agent,choline metabolism imaging agent and hypoxic imaging agent. This article reviewed recent progress on PET metabolic imaging of glioma.
