摘要
文章介绍了高速电力机车用制动摩擦副的特性,并借助检测设备对制动摩擦副的物理力学性能、摩擦磨损性能和匹配性进行试验研究。结果表明,国产制动盘与进口制动盘硬度相当,对应闸片的密度和硬度基本一致,摩擦副的密度和硬度匹配基本一致,在不同工况下国产制动摩擦副的平均摩擦系数均高于相同试验条件下的进口制动摩擦副,而对应的制动盘最高温度基本相当。
This paper presents the characteristics of brake friction pairs for high-speed electric locomotive.The physical and mechanical properties, friction and wear properties, and matching properties of brake friction pairs are studied by means of testing equipment. The results show that the domestic brake discs have the same hardness with the foreign produces, and the density and hardness of corresponding brake pads friction pairs are basically the same. Under different operating conditions, the average friction coefficient of domestic brake friction pairs are higher than that of foreign products, while the corresponding maximum temperature of brake discs are almost equal.
