转速传感器无源信号测试设计及其Matlab仿真性能测试 被引量:1

摘要 针对当前转速参数测量方法,因物理引线及敏感器件难以在高温等恶劣环境下存在的测试技术难点问题,提出了一种可应用于特殊恶劣环境的无源转速参数测试方法。基于电磁互感耦合,深入探讨和分析了读取天线端电压信号幅值随转速周期性减小的无线传感机制,制作了转速无源LC敏感器件及信号解调电路,构建了无源转速测试验证系统,对无线转速测试方法进行验证。理论与实验结果表明,该测试方法可以实现转速测试。同时,无源转速参数测试方法因其无需引线,体积小,非接触实现能量传输等优点,为高温高旋等恶劣环境中转速参数的测试提供了可靠解决方案。 In view of the current speed parameter measurement method,a passive speed parameter measurement method which can be applied in special harsh environment is proposed because of the difficult technical difficulties of physical leads and sensitive devices in reliable survival under high temperature and other harsh environments.Based on electromagnetic mutual inductance coupling,the wireless sensing mechanism of reading voltage signal amplitude of antenna terminal decreases periodically with rotating speed is discussed and analyzed in depth.The passive LC sensor and signal demodulation circuit for rotating speed are made,and the passive speed test and verification system is constructed to verify the wireless speed test method.Theoretical and experimental results show that this method can be used for speed measurement.At the same time,the passive speed parameter test method provides a reliable solution for the measurement of speed parameters in harsh environments such as high temperature and high rotation because of its advantages of no lead,small volume and non-contact energy transmission.
