摘要
目的对实施医养结合的300例老年疾病患者进行研究。方法选取2016年1月至2017年10月收治的300例采用医养结合模式进行照护管理的住院患者为观察组,同时选取2014年1月至2016年10月采用传统模式进行照护管理的300例患者为对照组,对其养老服务效果及应用问题、对策等进行总结分析。结果观察组患者年平均住院费用、住院时间、抢救的及时性、获得的心理安全感等均好于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的心理健康状况及生活质量及照护过程的满意度也明显较对照组好(P<0.05)。结论医养结合模式进行老年人照护管理应用,能够有效提升其生活质量,改善其心理状态获得了心理安全感,减轻患者家庭经济负担;促进医养结合模式的推广应用,需要从健全有关制度以及加强老年护理人才建设、推进养老和医疗卫生资源之间的合作等方面进一步完善。
Objective To investigate the application of the mode of combining medical resources with the elderly care resource in 300 patients with senile diseases.Methods A total of 300 patients with senile diseases,who were admitted and treated in our hospital by the mode of combining medical resources with the elderly care resource from January 2016 to October 2017,were enrolled as observation group,at the same time,the other 300 patients with senile diseases,who were admitted and treated in our hospital by traditional nursing mode were enrolled as control group.The application effects,applied problems and countermeasures were summarized and analyzed.Results The average annual hospitalization cost,the length of staying in hospital,timeliness of rescue,the acquired psychological feeling of safety in observation group were better than those in control group(P<0.05).moreover the mental health status,life quality and satisfaction degree of patients in observation group were superior to those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application and analysis of the mode of combining medical resources with the elderly care resource can effectively improve the life quality of the elderly,improve their psychological state,and reduce the financial burden of patients'families.To promote the promotion and application of the mode of combining medical resources with the elderly care resource needs to further improve relevant systems,strengthen the construction of elderly nursing personnel,and promote the cooperation between the elderly care and medical and health resources.
