摘要
本文阐述了湖北省水利建设的基本背景,总结了湖北省水生态文明建设的主要成果,展示了湖北省水生态文明建设的几个典型案例,结合水生态文明建设的基本思路,深入分析了湖北省水生态文明建设存在的主要问题,并提出了切实可行的政策建议。
This paper illustrates the background of water conservancy construction in Hubei Province,and summarizes several typical cases,especially provides several typical cases in the construction of aquatic ecological system. Considering the fundamental insights of aquatic ecological civilization construction, the paper analyzes the existing problems in aquatic ecological civilization construction, and proposes applicable policy suggestions.
