摘要
煤炭企业是我国经济发展中的重要组成部分,煤炭企业只能在特殊的区域发展,往往形成独立的工矿区,远离大中城市,可利用的社会资源较少,往往需要通过自身建立健全后勤物业管理。通过对S煤炭公司物业管理现状及存在问题的分析,提出了解决策略,致力于打造煤炭生产生活的物业品质,在实践中培育出了独特的社区家园文化,把社区打造成煤矿生产的大本营。
Coal enterprises are an important part of China s economic development.Because coal enterprises can only develop in special regions,they often form independent industrial and mining areas,far from large and medium-sized cities,have less available social resources,and often need to establish and improve logistics property management by themselves.Based on the analysis of the present situation and existing problems of property management in one coal company,the solving measures were put forward.Through practice,the unique community homeland culture was cultivated,and the headquarters of coal mine production were made.
