摘要
目的:讨论我院门诊西药房自动发药机使用中发现的问题及优化方案,提高药房工作效率。方法:列举问题所在并给予解决方案,通过比较自动发药机启用前、启用后及优化后的处方调配速度和差错率,得出优化效果。结果:自动发药机优化改进后,处方调配速度明显提高,差错率显著下降。结论:通过一系列措施,自动发药机使用后产生的问题得到改善,优化后更能体现其最大价值。
Objective:To discuss the problems and optimization schemes in the use of automatic dosing machine for outpatient Western medicine room in our hospital,in order to improve the efficiency of pharmacy. Methods:The problem was enumerated and the solution was given,and the optimization effect was obtained by comparing the speed and error rate of prescription deployment before,after and after the automatic dispensing machine was enabled. Results:The speed of prescription deployment was obviously improved and the error rate decreased significantly after the comparison was found to improve the optimization of automatic dispensing machine.Conclusion:Through a series of measures,the problems caused by the use of automatic drug-sending machine are improved,and the maximum value can be reflected after optimization.
