摘要
目的:观察温肾补肺方联合盐酸氨溴索治疗慢阻肺(COPD)的临床疗效。方法:所选对象为2017年6月~2018年6月在本院就诊并接受治疗的136例COPD患者,采用随机对照的方法分为对照组和治疗组,每组68例。对照组给予盐酸氨溴索静脉滴注治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予温肾补肺方进行治疗,对两组临床治疗效果进行对比。结果:对照组无效例数所占比例为13.24%,治疗组无效例数所占比例为2.94%;对照组总有效率为86.76%;治疗组总有效率97.05%,与对照组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组在治疗后肺功能未见明显的改善,治疗组肺功能有所改善且肺功能优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组在治疗前后呼吸困难评分分别为2.36±0.12、2.24±0.15,经统计学分析差异并无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗组呼吸困难评分从2.34±0.19降至1.84±0.18,且与对照组进行对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:温肾补肺方联合盐酸氨溴索治疗慢阻肺可取得比较满意的效果,在一定程度上改善临床症状提高生活质量,值得推广。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Wenshen Bufei Recipe combined with ambroxol hydrochloride in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD). Methods: A total of 136 patients with COPD who were treated and treated in our hospital from June to February 2018,2017 were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 68 in each group. example. The patients in the control group were treated with intravenous infusion of ambroxol hydrochloride. The COPD patients in the control group had no significant improvement in lung function before and after treatment,while in the treatment group,COPD patients and the group Compared with the control group,the lung function was improved and the lung function was better than the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).
