摘要
煤矿供电系统一般包括地面变电、井下中央变电所、采取变电所三部分。采取变电所一般采用可移动式变压器将中央变电所的6~10 kV电压变为0.4~3.3 kV电压,供给井下大型设备使用。对井下移动变压器的常见故障进行分析和研究,以STM32作为控制核心,设计故障检测与诊断硬件系统,利用CAN总线通讯,实现数据远程传输。
The coal mine power supply system generally consists of three parts: ground substation, underground central substation, and substation.The substation will generally use a movable transformer to convert the 6~10 KV voltage of the central substation to 0.4~3.3 KV, which will be used by large underground equipment. The common faults of underground mobile transformers were analyzed and studied. STM32 was used as the control core to design the fault detection and diagnosis hardware system, and CAN bus communication was used to realize remote data transmission.
