摘要 由于苏阿皮蒂水利枢纽库区面积大、移民多,且无库区内大比例尺地图,利用传统测量方法完成控制网的建立、实地放样标识和淹没线的绘制,耗时至少6个月,且需要投入大量的人力物力。通过探索LIDAR技术在本项目移民工程的应用,包括高清航拍照片的读取,获取库区地形图,区分搬迁户和非搬迁户,绘制二维地理信息图及库区道路规划等方面,提升了移民工作现代化、科学化的管理水平,实现"精准移民"的目标,极大地提高了库区淹没线界定的工作效率,确保了项目移民工作的顺利实施。 As the reservoir area of Souapiti Hydropower Project is large and large scale map is not available,it will take at least six months and a lot of manpower and material resources to establish the control network and draw the field lay out marks and the submerged lines with the traditional measurement method.Thus,the light detection and ranging (LiDAR) technique is applied in the resettlement work of Souapiti Hydropower Project,including the reading of high-definition aerial photographs,preparation of the topographic maps of the reservoir area,identification of the relocated and non-relocated households,and preparation of the two-dimensional geographic information maps and the road planning.With the LiDAR technique,the management of the resettlement work is improved and the efficiency of the submerged line determination work is greatly increased,which ensures the smooth implementation of the resettlement work.
