摘要
研究了Ti含量的变化和Nb-Ti复合对IF钢平面各向异性指数Δr的影响。揭示了Ti和Nb对固碳和固氮的作用和{111}织构生成的关系,Nb的添加有利于降低Δr值。同时,通过热轧工艺的变化和提高冷轧压缩比的试验,分析了工艺对于Δr的影响,认为终轧温度对Δr的影响不大,提高冷轧压缩比有利于IF钢{111}织构的形成,对降低IF钢平面各向异性指数Δr有明显作用。
The effects of Ti content and Nb-Ti composite on plane anisotropy index Δr of IF steel were studied.The effect of Ti and Nb on carbon fixation,nitrogen fixation and the relationship between {111} texture formation were revealed.The addition of Nb was beneficial to reduce the Δr value.At the same time,the effect of hot rolling process on Δr was analyzed through changing hot rolling process and increasing cold rolling compression ratio.It was considered that the effect of finishing rolling temperature on Δr was not significant.Increasing cold rolling compression ratio was beneficial to the texture {111} formation of IF steel and had obvious effect on the reduction of plane anisotropy index Δr of IF steel.
