制备不同形貌的4ZnO·B2O3·H2O型硼酸锌

摘要 本文介绍了水热法制备的硼酸锌(4ZnO·B2O3·H2O)的合成方法及其性质。硼酸锌是一种新型、高效、无机无毒阻燃剂。为了改进制备硼酸锌的制备条件并研究其阻燃性能,以八水合五硼酸铵和七水合硫酸锌为原料,通过控制变量法优化实验条件,制备硼酸锌(4ZnO·B2O3·H2O)。通过X-射线粉末衍射(XRD)、热重分析(TGA)及扫描电镜(SEM)对微米棒的组成、表面结构及形貌进行了分析。 The synthesis method and properties of zinc borate (4ZnO·B 2O 3·H 2O) prepared by hydrothermal method are introduced in this thesis .Zinc borate is a new type of highly efficient inorganic non-toxic flame retardant.In order to improve the preparation conditions of zinc borate and study its flame retardant properties,Zinc borate (4ZnO·B 2O 3·H 2O) was prepared by controlling the experimental conditions.Ammonium pentahydrate and zinc hydrate were used as raw materials.The composition,surface structure and morphology of micron rods were analyzed by X- ray powder diffraction (XRD),thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and SEM.
