摘要
肉羊规模化养殖场(户)选择适度规模养殖是完善规模化养殖,避免资源浪费与实现规模效益的前提。基于对山东省17地市306户规模化养殖场(户)的调查数据,通过运用Logit二元离散选择模型对影响肉羊规模化养殖场(户)选择适度规模养殖的因素进行了实证分析,结果表明:养殖场(户)的文化程度、肉羊养殖规模、专业化程度共3个因素对肉羊养殖场(户)选择适度规模养殖存在显著正向影响;肉羊产地特征对肉羊规模化养殖场(户)选择适度规模养殖意愿存在呈“U”型的影响,即与中产区相比,肉羊少产区和主产区的养殖场(户)更愿意选择适度规模养殖。
The choice of moderate-scale breeding of large-scale breeding farms (farmers) is the prerequisite for improving large-scale breeding,avoiding the waste of resources and achieving scale merit.Based on the survey data of 306 large-scale breeding farms (farmers) in 17 cities in Shandong Province,this paper empirically analyzes the factors influencing the willingness of large-scale breeding farms (farmers) to choose moderate-scale breeding using Logit Dual Discrete Choice Model.The results show that the willingness of large-scale breeding farms (farmers) to choose moderate-scale breeding is positive significantly influenced by three factors,including the educational level of breeding farms (farmers),the scale of mutton sheep breeding,the degree of specialization.The feature of production places of mutton sheep has a U-shape influence on the willingness of large-scale breeding farms (farmers) to choose moderate-scale breeding.That is to say,the breeding farms (farmers) in the low-yield areas and high-yield areas are more willing to choose moderate-scale breeding than those in the middle-yield areas.
