摘要
目的:采用HPLC法对复方氨林巴比妥注射液中氨基比林、安替比林和巴比妥等三个组分含量进行测定。方法:采用HPLC法测定复方氨林巴比妥注射液中三组分含量,依据色谱条件、外标法直接测定含量。结果:复方氨林巴比妥注射液中三组分线性范围分别为100~300μg/mL(r=1.000)、40~120μg/mL(r=1.000)和18~54μg/mL(r=0.9998),平均回收率和RSD分别为100.2%、1.2%;100.55%、0.6%;100.6%、1.2%。结论:该方法操作简便、快速,具有较好的准确性,在复方氨林巴比妥注射液中三成分含量的测定中适用性良好。
Objective: To determine the content of aminopyrine, antipyrine and barbitol in compound amilinobarbital injection by HPLC. Methods: HPLC method was used to determine the content of three components in compound amilinbarbital injection. Results: the linear range of three components in compound amilinbarbital injection was 100~300. The average recovery rate and RSD were 100.2% and 1.2%, respectively.100.55%,0.6%;100.6%,1.2%. Conclusion: The method is simple, fast and accurate, and is very suitable for the determination of the content of three components in compound amilinobarbital injection.
