摘要 目的:评价无创机械通气治疗ICU重症心力衰竭的临床效果。方法:选择2016年3月-2019年3月笔者所在医院收治的ICU重症心力衰竭患者300例为研究对象,按照随机数字法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组150例。对照组接受常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上辅以无创机械通气治疗,对比两组疗效。结果:观察组治疗后血压、心率、血流动力学指标改善情况均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组血气改善时间及住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:ICU重症心力衰竭采用无创机械通气辅助治疗,可有效改善患者的血流动力学,促患者病情早日康复。 Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of noninvasive mechanical ventilation in the treatment of critical heart failure in ICU.Method:A total of 300 cases of ICU patients with critical heart failure admitted in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2019 were selected as research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number method,with 150 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment,while the observation group received noninvasive mechanical ventilation treatment on the basis of routine treatment.The efficacy of the two groups was compared.Result:The improvement of blood pressure,heart rate and hemodynamic indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement time of blood gas and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Noninvasive mechanical ventilation can effectively improve the hemodynamics of patients with critical heart failure in ICU and promote their early recovery.
