摘要
诱发早产或流产的因素很多,宫颈功能不全就是一个关键的因素。和宫颈功能正常的孕妇相比,宫颈功能不全的孕妇出现流产、早产的概率为8%~9%,是正常孕妇的3.3倍。若患者没有典型的中晚孕流产或早产病史,其在妊娠期间出现了无痛性宫口开大抑或是胎囊膨出等状况,对这类患者使用紧急宫颈环扎术,可以避免病情再次加重、防止胎儿丢失。因此,紧急宫颈环扎术临床应用中很受重视。本文主要对紧急宫颈环扎术的临床应用研究进展进行综述。
There are many factors inducing premature birth or abortion,cervical insufficiency is a key factor.Compared with pregnant women with normal cervical function,pregnant women with cervical insufficiency were 8%-9%,which was 3.3 times higher than normal pregnant women.If the patient does not have a typical history of mid-to-late pregnancy miscarriage or preterm labor,it appears during pregnancy in the opening of the uterine orifice or the condition such as cyst bulging.The use of emergency cervix ligation for this kind of patients can avoid the condition again aggravate,prevent pregnancy loss.Therefore,emergency cervix ligation is very important in clinical application.This article reviews the progress in the clinical application of emergency cervix ligation.
