摘要 为研究新型复合保温贴面型砌块与基层墙体的粘结性能,设计2片贴面型砌块-钢筋混凝土剪力墙复合墙体,对贴面型砌块进行拉拔试验并分析四周有无约束对其极限抗拉承载力的影响。结果表明,四周有约束时可提高贴面型砌块极限抗拉承载力达2倍多;贴面型砌块与基层墙体具有较好的粘结性能,极限粘结强度约为0.28MPa,有一定安全储备,可应用于实际工程。 In order to study the bond ability between a new type of composite thermal insulation veneer block and the base wall,two composite walls with reinforced concrete shear wall were designed. The drawing test of the veneer block is carried out and the influence of the constraint around it on the ultimate tensile capacity is analyzed. The experimental results show that the ultimate tensile capacity of the veneer can be increased by more than 2 times when there is restraint around it. The bonding ability between the veneer and the base wall is good,the ultimate bond strength is about 0.28 MPa,and there is a certain safety reserve,which can be used in practical engineering.
