摘要
以人格类型分组为基础的体验式教学,试图在人格感知体验的基础上将大学生心理健康教育的课堂理论与自我实践更好地结合起来。在人格类型分组的基础上,同学们以分组讨论等形式共同讨论学习各个教学主题如自我意识、职业规划、情绪管理、压力管理以及恋爱心理等,将各个教学主题的在人格类型的感知下彰显出与自我发展密切相关的深刻内涵。这种教学方式加深了学生们对大学生心理健康教育主题的认知与理解,提高了学生们的自我感知能力,使学生可以更真切地自我反思、自我觉察与自我成长,从而更好地达成大学生心理健康教育的教学目标。
Experiential instruction based on the grouping of personality type tries to combine the theory and self-practice of mental health education course better on the basis of the experience of personality perception. Based on the grouping of personality types, students discuss and learn various teaching topics such as self-awareness, career planning, emotional management, stress management, and love psychology in groups. Each teaching topic shows the profound connotation closely related to self-development under the perception of personality type. This teaching method has deepened students' knowledge and understanding of the subject of mental health education course, improved students' self-perception ability, and enabled students to reflect on themselves, self-awareness, and self-growth. Thus, the goal of mental health education course can be better achieved.
