摘要
地质公园管理运营是地质公园可持续发展的核心。从云南省盐津地质公园管理运营实际情况出发,根据盐津地质公园规划申报建设期→建设发展期→发展成熟期三阶段递进式发展目标,通过对比分析国外国家公园、国内风景名胜区、国内地质公园管理运营特征,吸取其成功经验,构建了盐津地质公园建设发展的"准政府监管、准政府经营"→"准政府监管、国有企业经营"→"准政府监管,企业经营"三阶段管理运营模式。
The management and operation is the core of sustainable development for geological park.A comparative analysis of the operation characteristics of overseas national parks,landscape and famous scenery,and domestic geological parks was taken from the actual condition of management and operation for Yanjin geological park and based on the three-stage progressive development objectives of application construction period,construction development period,and mature development period.We can absorbs its success experience,and constructs the three-stage management and operation model for the construction development of Yanjin geological park,from"quasi-government supervision,quasi-government operation",to "quasigovernment supervision,state-owned enterprise management",and to "quasi-government supervision,company operation".
