摘要
文章借助可视化分析软件CiteSpace,对1998年-2018年CSSCI收录的578篇农民工就业的文献进行共被引分析和计量学分析,发现当前农民工就业的研究渐趋成熟,形成了该领域的特色期刊群和有重要影响力的研究者群体。当前农民工就业的研究热点由城市农民工逐渐过渡到金融危机和返乡农民工,又转变为新生代农民工,可以预测之后的研究热点会向农民工的高质量就业、农民工市民化、职业型农民工转变。最后,针对农民工就业状况存在的问题从农民工自身、企业和政府三个角度提出了相关的政策建议。
With the help of visual analysis software CiteSpace, this paper makes a cocitation analysis and metrology analysis of 578 literatures on migrant workers' employment in the CSSCI journals from 1998 to 2018 .It is found that the current research on migrant workers' employment tended to mature. It has formed the core journal group and the influential researcher group in this field. At present, the main research topics focus on migrant workers' employment has gradually changed from urban migrant workers to f inancial crisis and returning migrant workers, and the new generation of migrant workers. It can be predicted that the research hotspots will change to the high quality employment of migrant workers, the citizenization of migrant workers and the professional migrant workers. Finally, we put forward relevant policy recommendations from the point of view of migrant workers, enterprises and governments to solve the problems existing in the employment situation of migrant workers.
