摘要
本文基于陕西省、江苏省和深圳市的1145份调研数据分析了农民工参加城镇企业职工基本养老保险的现状及其影响因素。研究发现:农民工参保行为滞后于参保意愿;农民工参保行为受到个体特征、工作状况、养老认知、政策认知和市民化因素的综合影响,其中年龄与农民工参保概率呈倒“U”形关系。基于农民工参加城镇企业职工基本养老保险的关键制约因素,本文提出了进一步提高农民工参保率的政策建议。
Based on 1145 field survey data from Shaanxi, Jiangsu and Shenzhen, this paper analyzed the current situation and inf luence factors of rural migrant workers participation in the basic pension insurance for urban enterprise employees. And findings: rural migrant workers’ insured behavior lags behind their insured intention;the insured behavior of rural migrant workers is influenced by the comprehensive effect of multiple factors including individual characteristics, working conditions, pension awareness, policy awareness and citizenization factors, among which there is an inverted u-shaped relationship between age and the insured probability of rural migrant workers. At last, according to the key restricting factors, this paper puts forward some policy suggestions to further improve the insurance participation rate of rural migrant workers.
