摘要
文章从优化裂解炉运行方式出发,针对乙烯装置常规生产工况能耗较高和北方冬季裂解炉备用防冻压力突出的问题,提出实施全炉常态化运行的生产思路,并对全炉运行生产工况和常规生产工况的原料分配、裂解炉参数、装置能耗、经济效益等进行了标定和对比,验证了全炉运行生产工况的经济性、可操作性。通过实际操作发现了全炉生产工况的运行优势和存在的问题,为乙烯装置优化运行奠定基础。
In order to optimize the operation of cracking furnace, this paper is to tackle the prominent problems of high energy consumption and huge antifreezing need for standby cracking furnaces in winter in north China when the ethylene plant is in normal operating condition, and proposes the idea of all–furnaces operating on a regular basis. In addition, calibration and comparative analysis are carried out for all-furnaces operating condition and normal operating condition in terms of feedstock distribution, cracking furnace parameters, plant energy consumption, economic benefits, etc, to test the viability and operability in all-furnaces operation. The advantages and disadvantages in all-furnaces operating condition is summarized through practical operation, which laid a good foundation for the optimized operation of ethylene plant.
