摘要
受试者权益保护是干细胞研究中不容忽视的核心问题,干细胞临床研究离不开受试者的参与,但临床研究的探索性强、风险性高,极有可能损害受试者的健康,因此,受试者的权益需要保护。保护受试者权益不仅有理论价值,同样也具备现实意义。文章着力从受试者权益保障的应然性、实然性及实现路径等方面探讨符合我国国情的受试者权益保障机制。
The protection of the rights and interests of subjects is the core issue that cannot be ignored in the stem cell research. The clinical research of stem cells cannot be separated from the participation of subjects,which is highly exploratory and risky,and is very likely to damage the health of subjects. Therefore, the rights and interests of subjects need to be protected. Protecting the rights and interests of subjects not only has theoretical value, but also practical significance. This paper focuses on exploring the subject rights protection mechanism in line with China’s national conditions from the aspects of the necessity,reality and realization path of subject rights protection.
