摘要
以小球藻和铜绿微囊藻为研究对象,设置不同的光照(2000、4000、6000、8000、10000lx),测量小球藻和铜绿微囊藻的藻细胞数量、吸光度值(OD680)、叶绿素荧光(Fv/Fm),并计算两种藻的比生长速率.结果表明,小球藻最佳光照强度为6000lx,在光照强度6000lx之后随着光照强度增加,小球藻生长受抑制明显,铜绿微囊藻最佳光照强度为4000lx,说明铜绿微囊藻较耐受弱光,而小球藻更耐强光.
Chlorella vulgaris and Microcystis aeruginosa were taken as the research objects.Different illumination(2 000,4 000,6 000,8 000,10 000 lx)was set.The cell number,absorbance value(OD 680)and chlorophyll fluorescence(F v/F m)of Chlorella vulgaris and Microcystis aeruginosa were measured,and the specific growth rates of the two algae were calculated.The results showed that the optimum illumination intensity of Chlorella was 6 000 lx.After the illumination intensity was 6 000 lx,the growth of Chlorella was inhibited obviously with the increase of illumination intensity.The optimum illumination intensity of Microcystis aeruginosa was 4 000lx,which indicated that Microcystis aeruginosa was more tolerant to low light than Chlorella.
