摘要
现在,传统的消费者产业链的高度化正在加速,新兴消费者部门显示了活力。到目前为止,持续关注各种金融机构,进行了周密的调查,加快了消费者金融部门的商业布局。消费者金融的“蓝海”逐渐成为“红海”的潮流。中国的消费者金融行业自由化,参与机构的数量增加,商业模式从离线转为在线的倾向增强。大数据技术的比例越来越重要,很多民间机构也加入了信用报告制度。本文根据现代消费者金融的基本定义,对现代消费者金融商业模式进行分类分析。本文通过对案例结构模型的详细分析及其主要特性,对产品构成、合作对象、合作模型、风险管理、系统要求、政策制约等方面进行了相关的启发。
Now,the growth of traditional consumer industries is accelerating,and the emerging consumer sector is showing dynamism.So far,continued attention to various financial institutions and thorough investigations have accelerated the commercial layout of the consumer financial sector.The "blue sea" of consumer finance has gradually become the trend of "Red Sea".China's consumer finance sector has liberalized,the number of participating institutions has increased,and the tendency for business models to shift from offline to online has increased.The proportion of big data technology is becoming more and more important,and many private institutions have also joined the credit reporting system.According to the basic definition of modern consumer finance,this paper classifies and analyzes the business model of modern consumer finance.Through the detailed analysis of the case structure model and its main characteristics,this paper gives some relevant enlightenment on product composition,cooperation object,cooperation model,risk management,system requirements,policy constraints and so on.
