铁路隧道排水盲管施工质量现状及控制 被引量:3

摘要 针对当前隧道工程中排水盲管的设计方法、质量控制尚缺乏系统完善的规范标准的现状,从隧道纵向排水盲管的工作原理出发,系统总结分析其在设计方法、控制指标及施工质量方面的不足,指出:排水盲管的设计应紧密结合隧道工程地下水环境,根据其实际渗水量和国家管材生产标准来计算确定,而不应盲目套用临近专业的规范规程;对于隧道排水盲管设计应统一确定为聚乙烯含量、环刚度、渗水能力和管径4个控制指标;排水盲管的安装应充分考虑其运营过程中的堵塞风险,提前预留足够的渗流通道。结合工程实践,从优化排水盲管的安装位置和采用管卡具代替定位钢筋2方面,给出排水盲管的施工优化方法,并成功应用于实际工程。 Based on the analysis of blind drainage pipe in the tunnel engineering design method, quality control, and there is no perfect standard system of the status quo, from the tunnel longitudinal drainage pipes, according to the working principle of the system in design method, the control index were analyzed and summarized in this paper and the construction quality is insufficient, pointed out that: the design of blind drainage pipe should be closely combined with the tunnel project of groundwater environment, according to its actual seepages and national standard to calculate and determine the pipes production, and should not blindly to paraphrase near professional standard procedures. The design of tunnel blind drainage pipe should be determined as four control indexes: polyethylene content, ring stiffness, seepage capacity and pipe diameter. The installation of upstream drainage blind pipe should fully consider the risk of blockage in operation and reserve adequate seepage channels in advance. Finally, combining with the engineering practice, the construction optimization method of drainage blind pipe is given from two aspects: the installation position of drainage blind pipe is optimized and the pipe clamp is used to replace the positioning steel bar.
