摘要
为获得适用于矿井火区裂隙的高倍率永久充填材料,将可膨胀石墨引入火灾治理领域,采用逐步插层工艺制备方法,开展低起始高倍率可膨胀石墨制备实验研究,分析工艺参数对其膨胀容积的影响。实验表明,制备可膨胀石墨的最佳工艺参数为石墨、高氯酸、硝酸铵质量比1∶8.0∶0.15,预氧化时间10min,初次氧化剂用量0.22g,单次氧化剂用量0.03g,逐步插层时间间隔7min,逐步氧化剂用量0.15g,反应时间90min。400℃时,其膨胀容积达到最大值,为407mL/g。该方法制备的膨胀石墨优于直接插层法膨胀石墨,为煤矿井下火区充填材料研究提供了参考。
This paper aims to obtain the material suitable for permanent filling with high rate of fissure in mine fire area by introducing expansible graphite into the field of fire control.The paper proposes a step-by-step intercalation process based on the preparation method of direct intercalation process.The study is focused on the preparation experiment of expansible graphite with low initial and high rate and the analysis of the effect of process parameters on its expansion volume.The results show that expansible graphite prepared under the conditions of mass ratio of graphite,perchloric acid and ammonium nitrate 1∶8.0∶0.15,pre-oxidation time 10 min,initial oxidizer amount 0.22 g,single oxidizer amount 0.03 g,step-by-step intercalation time 7 min,step-by-step oxidizer amount 0.15 g and reaction time 90 min features the maximum expansion capacity of 407 mL/g at 400℃.This study could provide a reference for the study of filling materials in coal mine fire area.
