摘要
以微型汽车顶盖为研究对象,借助DYNAFORM软件模拟其冲压成形过程,分析顶盖的成形极限图、厚度变化图等,发现该零件极易产生起皱和开裂缺陷的区域,在模具调试时调整相关工艺参数,获得了合格顶盖工序件。实践表明,FEM模拟零件成形能够为实际生产提供可靠的参考依据。
Taking the miniature automobile top cover as the research object,the forming limit diagram and thickness variation diagram of the roof are analyzed with the help of DYNAFORM software to simulate its stamping forming process.The regions in the part is prone to wrinkle and cracking defects are found,the relevant technological parameters are adjusted during mold debugging,and qualified roof process parts are obtained.The practice shows that FEM simulation can provide reliable reference for practical production.
