摘要
读懂学生是教育工作的起点,也是教育工作者的核心能力,更是学校生存与发展的基础."千禧宝宝"们已然成年,并且走进了大学校园.研究2000后出生的大学生的生长的社会环境,是读懂他们、开展教学的起点.只有读懂学生,才有可能选择合适的教育方法;只有选择合适的教育方法,才有可能为学生的打下坚实的基础.
Understanding students is the starting point of education and the core competence of educators and the basis on which schools exist and develop.The babies born after 2000 have grown up and come into universities and colleges.A study of their living social environment is the starting point of understanding them and carrying out teaching.Only by understanding them can we find suitable teaching method,and only by suitable teaching method can we lay a sound foundation for college students’ future development.
