摘要
对某铀水冶厂铀沉淀工艺中沉淀剂氢氧化钠加入量的控制方法,从2个方面展开研究:1)以反应终点pH作为控制参数,探索铀沉淀反应过程pH与溶液铀浓度、加碱量的关系;2)研究NaOH参与铀沉淀反应的作用机理,得出碱分解法沉淀铀时NaOH的加入量计算公式。验证试验表明,公式计算的加碱量可以稳定铀沉淀母液中余碱含量;控制ρ(NaOH)为(4.0±1.5)g/L,可使母液中ρ(U)<0.05 g/L。计算的加碱量既能保证铀的沉淀效率,又可节约试剂消耗。
There is no good method to control the amount of sodium hydroxide addition to the precipitation technology process.The study was carried out from 2 aspects:1)By using the pH of the reaction end point as the control parameter,the relationship between the pH of uranium precipitation reaction process and the uranium concentration as well as alkaline content of solution was explored;2)the mechanism of NaOH participating in uranium precipitation reaction is studied,and the formula for calculation the amount of NaOH precipitation by alkali decomposition method is obtained.Verification test shows that the residual alkali NaOH content in mother liquor of uranium precipitation can be stabilized by the added amount NaOH from calculating the formula.When Controllingρ(NaOH)is(4.0±1.5)g/L,theρ(U)<0.05 g/L in mother liquor can be got,therefore,the precipitation efficiency of uranium is not only guaranteed,but also the consumption of reagents is reduced.
